Jermaine Eskridge will make his college commitment known Saturday, when he apparently is planning to be in Columbus.
The Buckeyes are among his top 3 schools.
Eskridge, a 3-star athlete, announced his top college choices were Ohio State, Penn State and Oregon via Twitter Tuesday afternoon. Monday, he said that he would make his commitment on Saturday.

Eskridge, in a since-deleted tweet, said that he would be in Columbus on Saturday for the Buckeyes spring game. It’s the latest twist in a roller coaster of a recruitment.
From Land of 10’s Jeremy Birmingham on Monday night, before Eskridge announced his final three:
Eskridge has had one of the strangest recruitments in the 2018 class. He committed to Kentucky as a freshman. He decommitted. Last summer, he planned a trip to Ohio State and listed a “Top 7” before committing to South Florida on July 28. He decommitted from the Bulls three weeks later.
The Tampa (Fla.) Jefferson High School star went off the grid before naming a new top 7 about a month ago – in a tweet that was promptly deleted.
Now Eskridge says he’s coming to Ohio State, a visit that apparently will be used as a backdrop for – you guessed it – his commitment.
If Eskridge is planning to commit to Ohio State on Saturday, it would be a major surprise to those who follow recruiting for a living — and to people close to the Ohio State football program. Do not expect a commitment from him to the Buckeyes this weekend.
