An offensive lineman and the son of former Cleveland Browns center Dave Wohlabaugh, he committed to Ohio State as a 3-star recruit out of Akron in the Class of 2016, and did not participate in any games for Ohio State during his two seasons with the program.
247Sports composite rankings had Wohlabaugh as the No. 20 guard in the country, while Rivals ranked him as the No. 4 center recruit in the Class of 2016.
The 6-foot-4, 295-pound Wohlabaugh follows in the footsteps of Evan Lisle, who transferred from Ohio State to Duke and was a starter at right tackle for the Blue Devils in 2017.
