College football programs are always looking for ways to stretch their brand. Apparently, that now extends to Nestle snacks.
Ohio State is one of five schools to sign a deal with Nestle to make mascot/logo-inspired SweeTARTS Gummies. Arkansas, Tennessee, Texas and UCLA are the others.

Ohio State’s Gummies are the head of Brutus Buckeye, so Ohio State fans can add a themed snack to any tailgates. Of course, this could also give Michigan fans a way to literally take a bite out of Brutus’ head.
So have at it — and be on the lookout for these new Gummies.
“We know how passionate football fans are—waiting in line for hours, painting their entire bodies in school colors—they’ll do just about anything in support of their favorite teams,” SweeTARTS Brand Manager Meghan Erickson said in a release on Business Wire. “SweeTARTS is honoring these passionate fans by celebrating school spirit with our college-themed SweeTARTS Gummies. Now everyone can celebrate with these delicious treats, making them part of their game day rituals.”
