Vegas seems to have its money on No. 5 Ohio State against No. 8 USC in the Cotton Bowl, pegging the Buckeyes as 7.5-point favorites, according to MyBookie.
But for one former Ohio State standout, that spread isn’t indicative of how Friday night’s game will pan out.
Ohio State will have their way with USC today do not @ me it won't even be close you know about that PAC 12 football 😂🤞🏾🤷🏾♂️

Thomas, a second-year wide receiver for the New Orleans Saints, knows how much the Big Ten champions are capable of. He played a significant role on their last conference title team, which went on to win the inaugural College Football Playoff National Championship during the 2014 season.
The Big Ten has also handled the Pac 12 so far this bowl season. Purdue ran out to a 31-14 lead on Arizona before holding on for a three-point victory in the Foster Farms Bowl on Wednesday night. Twenty-four hours later, in the Holiday Bowl, Michigan State trounced Washington State, 42-17.
Big Ten teams are 3-0 in bowl games, while Pac 12 programs are 1-5.
And Thomas believes those numbers will skew even more towards his former conference after Friday night.
