Ezekiel Elliot is happy to be a Cowboy, in more ways than one.
Dallas’s mammoth offensive line helped Demarco Murray win the rushing title in 2014, and FootballOutsiders has rated among the NFL’s best in each of the last three years.
Assuming he’s healthy, Elliot should thrive.
“I think I probably have one of the easiest jobs in America,” Elliot told The Dallas Morning News. “I get to run behind the best O-line in America, run through those huge holes, they make your job easy.”
The former Ohio State star has been limited by a hamstring injury in training camp and has not taken part in the competitive portion of practice, but should be ready for the season. He was the No. 4 overall pick in the 2016 NFL Draft.
