Emory Jones talks Ohio State pledge
Emory Jones is tired of having to explain that while he still plans on taking some official visits, he’s committed to Ohio State. Ultimately, he says, the visits are just for the experience and that he’ll end up as a Buckeye.
“I’ll shut it down with the coaches at some point before I take all of my official visits,” he told SEC Country’s Chris Kirschner. “I’ll tell [Ohio State] that there’s nothing to worry about just so they don’t go off and recruit other quarterbacks. I’m going to take one to Alabama. That’s the only one for sure that I have in mind right now.”
Ohio State basketball lands a commit
Ohio State basketball has landed a commitment in back-to-back days. The Buckeyes picked up a pledge from Duane Washington of Chatsworth (Calif.) Sierra Canyon.
Washington is a 3-star point guard who is the No. 290 overall recruit in the Class of 2018 per the 247Sports composite.
