While the Ohio State faithful may be just beginning to trickle into Texas for the Cotton Bowl against USC on Dec. 29, the Buckeyes already have some fans in the Lone Star State.
Eleven Warriors photographer Andrew Lind snapped a picture of the helmets that the Dallas Police escorts wore on their motorcycles while escorting the Buckeyes to their practice on Tuesday and they’re pretty recognizable.

The helmets feature the Buckeye leaf stickers along with the stripe and traditional look of the team’s helmet.
It’s a cool gesture from the DPD as the Buckeyes prep for their game at 8:30 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 29.
