It doesn’t look like Dylan Moses will be visiting Ohio State after all.
The No. 4 player and top linebacker in the class of 2017 has committed to Alabama, he tweeted Sunday.

Moses had 40 offers and could have gone just about anywhere in the country. LSU was the favorite for the Baton Rouge, La., native, according to 247Sports’ Crystal Ball.
The Buckeyes were never really in play for the IMG Academy star. If they could have gotten him on campus on Nov. 26 for the Michigan game, like he was expected to, the chances may have gone up a little.
Here’s what Landof10 recruiting analyst Jeremy Birmingham wrote three weeks ago.
Do I think the Buckeyes have a real chance with Moses? No, I don’t, but they do want another linebacker in 2017. If it’s not Anthony Hines III or Baron Browning – who may also be visiting the same weekend Moses does – why not take a big swing with the country’s best outside linebacker?
Moses originally set his commitment date for Dec. 15, but pulled the trigger on Sunday.
Here are his high school highlights.
