Darius Bazley, a 4-star recruit from Cincinnati, is no longer committed to Ohio State.
Bazley said while he’s de-committing, he is still considering the Buckeyes.
“I would like to thank the entire Ohio State Men’s Basketball staff for believing in my ability to represent the university as a student athlete, Bazley wrote in a note shared on Twitter. “After speaking with my family, I have decided to de-commit and open up my recruitment. This decision has not been easy because my family and I have built a relationship with the staff at Ohio State but I would like to give myself the opportunity to explore other universities. I want to be sure to choose the school that fits me best both academically and athletically. Ohio State is still one of the schools that I will be considering.
