Oregon is dressing like Ducks this weekend — well, sort of.
The program’s latest in an innovative twist of uniform combinations has the Ducks dressing similarly to their mascot Puddles the Duck. The Ducks will wear green jerseys, white pants and orange socks to match Puddles during Saturday’s game.
Saturday’s uni combo for Colorado features vivid accents representative of the Duck.

This is pretty much business as usual for Oregon, but it got some wondering: What if other schools had uniforms to match their mascot? That’s where 247 Sports designer Ted Hyman came in, as he designed mascot uniforms.

Hyman mocked up 11 teams’ uniforms, all of which can be found here. He did so for four Big Ten teams — Ohio State, Penn State, Nebraska and Wisconsin.
The results were… interesting.
Ohio State has Brutus’ stripped shirt with a brown helmet to match the buckeye. Penn State had a mostly brown uniform to match its Nittany Lion and a blue-white stripe going down the middle of its jerseys to match the Lion’s scarf.
Nebraska’s uniforms were made to look like Lil’ Red, overalls and all. Meanwhile, Wisconsin had the red and white vertical stripes of Bucky the Badger.
