Northwestern linebacker Anthony Walker’s stardom has hit a new level. He’s now got his own comic book.
The program is promoting its star linebacker as “The Franchise,” and this promo includes a comic book, lunch box and shirt, according to ESPN’s Darren Rovell. I’ll admit, the lunchbox is pretty cool.

Walker’s performance last season was certainly heroic. He recorded 120 tackles, led the conference with 20.5 tackles for loss and earned four sacks in his breakout campaign.
The Wildcats will need more heroism from its top defensive player after winning 10 games last season. This year, Northwestern travels to Iowa, Michigan State and Ohio State. “The Franchise” will have his hands full keeping the Wildcats in Big Ten West contention. But nobody said being a superhero would be easy.
