Georgia athlete Kyric McGowan commits to Northwestern
Georgia athlete Kyric McGowan has verbally committed to Northwestern, he announced on Twitter on Wednesday.
McGowan chose the Wildcats over Duke, Mississippi State, Vanderbilt, Cincinnati and a whole slew of other schools. He had 23 total offers, many of them FCS. He’s a 3-star prospect according to 247Sports and the No. 83 running back in the country.
But according to Rivals, he’s coming to Northwestern as a slot receiver.
