Jackson is a former 2-star recruit from St. John’s College High School in Washington, D.C. Jackson committed to Kentucky in the Class of 2016, but he was dismissed from the team during his redshirt freshman season in 2016 for a “violation of team rules.” He attended Mesa Community College in Arizona for the 2017 season.
Jackson graduated from Mesa in May and can join the Huskers for the 2018 season, according to The (Omaha) World-Herald’s Sam McKewon.
