Greg Johnson, the No. 1 athlete in the 2017 class according to the 247sports composite, told Land of 10 reporter Jeremy Birmingham at the end of the U.Ss Army All-American Bowl on Saturday that Nebraska is still one of his top schools.
Johnson, a 4-star athlete who plays linebacker and wide receiver at Hawkins High School in Los Angeles, said since his decommitment from Arizona he’s been talking to Nebraska, USC, Arizona State and Oregon.
He said he has three official visits left and plans on taking them. He took his first official visit to Nebraska on Oct. 22.
Williams talked with Land of 10 about that visit, his relationship with Nebraska cornerbacks coach Donte Williams and other Huskers coaches, plus where Nebraska stands with him.
