Grayson is a 3-star recruit from Tulsa, Oklahoma. The 247Sports composite recruiting database ranks him as the No. 100 running back recruit and the No. 12 recruit in Oklahoma. He joins Garrett Nelson, Garrett Snodgrass and Ethan Piper in Nebraska’s class.
Grayson is a junior at Booker T. Washington High School in Tulsa, so he’ll have one more year of high school before he joins the Huskers. His commitment is only verbal, which means other schools could still recruit him until he signs his National Letter of Intent either during the early signing period in December 2018 or the regular signing period in February 2019.
Grayson is part of Scott Frost’s first full recruiting cycle as Nebraska’s head coach. Frost’s first class at Nebraska ranked 22nd in the country, but you can expect that number to be higher in 2019 after he has more time on the job.
