Tanner Lee was impressive on Saturday and, in all likelihood, grabbed the Huskers’ starting quarterback job.
He might be the leader of the Nebraska offense this fall, but Lee’s teammates had some fun at his expense in the waning moments of Nebraska’s spring game.
With the clock winding down, Lee did an interview with the Big Ten Network. It was supposed to be a 1-on-1 conversation, but a few Huskers had other ideas.
About 30 seconds into the interview, wide receivers Stanley Morgan and De’Mornay Pierson-El flanked Lee. They didn’t say a word, but just stared at the QB as he continued giving answers. By the end of the interview, about five Huskers were in Lee’s area.
It made for an awkward and hilarious moment. Watch below:
ICYMI: We still laugh every time we watch this.
