Can Tanner Lee rebound?
Nebraska quarterback Tanner Lee has taken a lot of hits so far this year. Can he bounce back? Land of 10’s Sean Keeler looked into the answer.
Nothing but good things
Micah Parsons, the 5-star defensive standout from Harrisburg, Pa., apparently had nothing but good things to say about Nebraska. So much so, his parents plan to make the visit to Nebraska with him on Oct. 6.
An update on participation patterns
When it comes to the Blackshirts’ participation patterns (AKA rotation), defensive coordinator Bob Diaco likes the experience it has given his team. He even sees a bright future ahead.
A return to IMG
In his latest senior notebook for Land of 10, Nebraska commit Brendan Radley-Hiles talks about returning to IMG after Hurricane Irma. He also offered some advice for the Huskers after the loss to Northern Illinois.
Frustrated with football
Nebraska chancellor Ronnie Green gave his state of the university speech on Tuesday. Following the event, he had a couple of quick things to say about Nebraska’s football team so far.
“We certainly are frustrated at the moment at the level of performance on the field and are hoping, pulling for our team to improve over the course of the next several weeks,” Green said.
Finding an identity
What is a major focus for Nebraska ahead of the Rutgers matchup? According to coach Mike Riley, it’s finding an offensive identity. That includes a better run game and protecting the quarterback better.
Pro Big Red
In case you missed it, former Husker Ameer Abdullah had a big night for Detroit on Monday. Definitely deserved the recognition.
Way to show out last night @Ameerguapo.
