Report: Man arrested in burglary of brother of late Nebraska punter Sam Foltz
A man has been arrested for allegedly burglarizing the home of Jordan Foltz on Saturday, according to the Lincoln Journal Star.
Scott Davis, a 38-year-old from Lennox, South Dakota was cited for possession of stolen property and possession of burglary tools, the report said. He was originally pulled over on suspicion of drunk driving and placed in jail.
Jordan Foltz is the brother of the late Nebraska punter Sam Foltz, who died in a car accident in the summer and was honored numerous times during the Huskers season opener. It was during that game that Jordan Foltz said multiple items were stolen from his home and Jeep, and he posted on Facebook about it Sunday.
Greeley County Sheriff David Weeks announced Tuesday an arrest has been made, the Journal Star said, but he did not release the suspect’s name.
Jordan Foltz said a television and more were robbed from his home near Greeley, Neb., which is located about two-and-a-half hours northwest of Lincoln.
