As Nebraska continues to heal and play for the late Sam Foltz, opponents are doing what they can to offer support.
After Fresno State declined Nebraska’s intentional delay of game penalty as a show of respect and Oregon put down flowers on the 27-yard line to honor Foltz, who died in a July car accident, Northwestern has joined the remembrance.
The Wildcats will wear a helmet sticker to honor the punter during this Saturday’s home game against Nebraska, the team’s Twitter account announced on Monday.
