Nebraska’s passing attack appeared to have received a boost just before its matchup against No. 6 Ohio State on Saturday. Tight end Cethan Carter and wide receiver Brandon Reilly both were in uniform while the Cornhuskers went through warm ups.
Carter hasn’t played in a game since hyperextending his elbow against Illinois on Oct. 1. Carter practiced all week, but coach Mike Riley said he’d check with trainers before officially clearing him to play on Thursday. Meanwhile, Reilly sustained a hamstring injury in Nebraska’s game against Wisconsin last week, making his status unknown.
So both Reilly and Cethan Carter are suited up. We'll see how much they play. https://t.co/m27xW5Se2k
