Former Nebraska standout and current New England Patriots running back Rex Burkhead had 3 rushes for 18 yards and 1 reception for 46 yards in Super Bowl 52. However, it was former Nebraska safety Nathan Gerry and the Philadelphia Eagles who walked away as champions on Sunday, winning 41-33.

1 final visit

With National Signing Day on Wednesday, this was the last official visit weekend for recruits. Nebraska had 5 targets on campus, which included key players that the Huskers would like to see sign on Wednesday.

Spring game sellout?
