Nebraska leads Northwestern, 10-7, but has fumbled out of the Wildcats’ end zone. And to make matters worse, their defense might be diminished the rest of the way.
Safety Kieron Williams left the game in the second quarter with a shoulder injury, and early indications are that it doesn’t look very good.
BTN showing Kieron Williams in quite a bit of pain. Came out with a shoulder injury on that last drive. #Huskers

Williams, one of the key members of the Huskers’ secondary, has two interceptions this season. He is an integral part of the Nebraska defense, which has been stalling Northwestern so far.
Defensive stat of the game so for is Nebraska has held Northwestern to 1-of-6 on third downs in the first half.
