LINCOLN, Neb. — Nebraska football released its latest depth chart Monday ahead of the Huskers’ matchup with Rutgers on Saturday (3:30 p.m. ET, BTN).
Some notes from the depth chart:
- Wide receiver Keyan Williams has been placed on the injured list. Coach Mike Riley confirmed he was out for an undefined amount of time with a hamstring injury about a month ago, but the injury seems to have become a bigger deal than imagined.
- Running back Tre Bryant remains at the top spot for running backs despite being out against Northern Illinois. Riley likely will update his status, as well as David Knevel’s and Joshua Kalu’s as the week progresses.
- Former Huskers Damon Benning and Eric Warfield both felt Nebraska should refrain from publishing a depth chart this week. Warfield also suggested taking the Blackshirts.
