After winning his second national title in three years, Nebraska volleyball coach John Cook has received a well-deserved raise.

Bowling Green graduate transfer Cameron Jefferies could be a possible graduate transfer for Nebraska, especially considering the Huskers’ current depth in the secondary.

Nebraska freshman quarterback Adrian Martinez has added a lot of strength and weight in the offseason so far. Quarterbacks coach Mario Verduzco said he is well above his listed 205 pounds now.

Alternate thoughts

Athletic director Bill Moos doesn’t mind the occasional alternate uniform for Nebraska, but he’d prefer not to make it a regular thing for the Huskers.
