Could Nebraska freshman quarterback Adrian Martinez have a big impact for Nebraska in 2018? Athlon Sports thinks so. He was named as one of the top 15 true freshman to have an impact next season.
Are Nebraska fans apathetic? Maybe not now that coach Scott Frost has been hired, but attendance over the last few years showed a startling trend.
Some recruiting thoughts
Lloyd Summerall has a slew of offers, and the Florida defensive end is keeping his options open. However, Summerall likes what he’s heard about Nebraska so far and is open to checking it out for himself.
Bigger than sports
The annual HuskerThon dance marathon took place last weekend, and Nebraska students helped raise nearly $203,000 for Children’s Miracle Network. The funds raised will go to Children’s Hospital and Medical Center in Omaha.
It feels like April will never arrive, but it will be here before we know it. Get ready, Huskers fans.
