Nebraska basketball will take on Oklahoma State on Sunday, Dec. 16 at the Sanford Pentagon in Sioux Falls, S.D., Nebraska announced on Thursday.
The game between the Cornhuskers and the Cowboys will mark the first time the two teams will face off since 2011. The game will be played on Heritage Court.
The start time for the game as well as the TV coverage will be announced at a later date.

In addition, it will be the first time that Nebraska basketball has made the trip to the Sanford Pentagon. The 3,200-seat Pentagon has hosted 23 NCAA Division I men’s basketball games since its opening in 2013. One of those games includes Oklahoma State in 2015, when the Cowboys defeated Minnesota, 62-60.
Last season, the Huskers finished with an overall record of 22-11, 13-5 in Big Ten play. Nebraska made the cut for the NIT Tournament, but was eliminated in the first round by Mississippi State.
On the other side, Oklahoma State finished last season with an overall record of 21-15. The Cowboys also made it to the NIT Tournament, making it to the third round of the tournament before they were eliminated by Western Kentucky.
In all-time head-to-head matchups, Nebraska has gone 64-53 against Oklahoma State.
