Nebraska adds 8-year-old Jack Johnson to roster through Make-A-Wish Nebraska
Nebraska added a player to its football roster on Thursday when 8-year-old Jack Johnson joined the team through Make-A-Wish Nebraska.
Johnson, who was diagnosed with Menkes disease, a genetic disorder, will participate in pregame activities on Saturday and spend time on the field as the Cornhuskers take on Maryland. He held his first news conference as a member of the Cornhuskers on Thursday.
