Nebraska’s win against Oregon is already rewarding the Huskers. This time, it’s for recruiting.
3-star DT Deiontae Watts committed to Nebraska on Sunday, one day after Watts visited the Huskers for the Oregon game. Watts announced his commitment on Twitter.
“Fire and foremost I want to thank God and my family for being by my side through this difficult journey in recruiting,” Watts said. “I also want to give thanks to all the coach (sic) that gave me the opportunity to play at the next level at their university but I have come to a decision and I will be taking my talents to the University of Nebraska.”
