Cornerback Trey Creamer committed to Minnesota on Thursday after taking a visit to the campus in Minneapolis last weekend, according to multiple reports.
The three-star athlete from Georgia is the first CB commit for Minnesota in the Class of 2017. He had offers from Michigan State, Purdue and West Virginia, among others. Creamer also took a visit to Tulane in September, per Scout.com.

Creamer currently attends Cartersville High School in Georgia, and is ranked as the 88th best CB in the class, according to Scout.com.
