Lynch was arrested in May on suspicion of sexually assaulting a 19-year-old woman. Those charges were dropped last month.
Lynch was suspended from the team throughout the investigation.
A 6-foot-9 forward, Lynch sat out last season due to NCAA rules after transferring to Richard Pitino’s team from Illinois State. The Edina, Minn. native was an All-Missouri Valley Conference second team selection during his sophomore season.
