P.J. Fleck has had no trouble getting recruits to follow him from Kalamazoo to the Twin Cities. His offensive coordinator is reportedly coming to the Big Ten, too.
Kirk Ciarrocca, Fleck’s offensive coordinator at Western Michigan for the last four seasons, will take the same position on the Minnesota staff, according to Joe Christensen of the Minneapolis Star Tribune

Western Michigan had one of the country’s top offenses in 2016 under Ciarrocca. The Broncos finished ninth in scoring offense (41.6 points per game) and 19th in the country in total offense (481.2 yards per game).
Ciarrocca previously served as an assistant at Delaware, Richmond and Rutgers among other schools.
His hiring was the second for Fleck of the day. Minnesota also reportedly added Ohio State assistant Ed Warinner as offensive line coach on Tuesday. The Gophers are reportedly expected to hire Arkansas defensive coordinator Robb Smith to the same position.
