One would have to wonder if Tim Drevno let Jim Harbaugh win.

Harbaugh and Drevno helped Michigan cap off an afternoon that began with practice at the Giulio Onesti Olympic Training Center, then moved on to gladiator training. Harbaugh did his best impersonation of Maximus, the gladiator portrayed by Russell Crowe in the 2000 movie “Gladiator,” then faced Drevno to finish Michigan’s day at gladiator school.
Michigan concludes its Italy trip on Saturday in Rome, where it will take part in a scrimmage at Stadio Olimpico.
