Charles Woodson is retired, but Michigan fans still have a chance to see him every Sunday as he is now an ESPN analyst.
And luckily for those Michigan fans, Woodson sometimes still opens up about his Wolverine days. He did so Sunday as he fellow hosts discussed Odell Beckham Jr. and Josh Norman potentially fighting on the field.
Woodson has firsthand experience in getting into it with a receiver, as he did so with Ohio State’s David Boston back in 1997.
Woodson opened up about it Sunday, saying he and his teammates disliked Boston since a recruiting trip when the wideout said he was just there for the trip and was definitely going to Ohio State.
“Everybody was mad at him,” Woodson said. “We wanted to dominate this kid. I wanted to dominate him. I wanted him to know ‘Man, this is where you should have came to, but you chose otherwise.’ ”
