First Michigan announced Jabrill Peppers was out with an injury. Then Jake Butt left.
UPDATE: Jake Butt will not return to the game for Michigan, according to the team’s radio broadcast, but no specifics were given on his injury.
The Wolverines’ star tight end left Friday’s Orange Bowl game vs. Michigan in the first half. Butt walked off the field and into the locker room. On his way out, he gave a thumbs up to the crowd.
It looked like Butt suffered a leg injury after making a catch early in the second quarter.
