Michigan’s season isn’t over yet — and neither is Megan Betsa’s collegiate career.
Betsa threw a no-hitter as the Wolverines topped Fresno State, 4-0, Saturday night to stay alive in the regional round of the 2017 NCAA Softball Tournament. Michigan will face No. 6 and regional host Washington at 7 p.m. ET on Sunday in the regional final. The Wolverines would need to beat the Huskies twice on Sunday to advance to the Sweet 16.
Betsa, a right-handed senior, was dominant against the Bulldogs with 13 strikeouts and 2 walks — the only blemishes on her pitching line.
