Michigan made official what’s been reported for more than a week — Pep Hamilton will be the Wolverines passing game coordinator and assistant head coach.
Hamilton most recently coached quarterbacks with the Cleveland Browns. Prior to that, he served as the Indianapolis Colts offensive coordinator from 2013-2015. Hamilton and Michigan coach Jim Harbaugh worked together at Stanford in 2010.

Michigan QB coach Jedd Fisch became the offensive coordinator at UCLA last week to create this vacancy.
Tim Drevno will still serve as the Wolverines offensive coordinator and offensive line coach, though he’s reportedly interested in the Western Michigan head coaching job. Drevno signed a 5-year extension last week.
