Michigan offered a scholarship to 4-star safety Isaiah Pola-Mao, according to the recruit’s Twitter.

Pola-Mao, who attends Mountain Pointe High School in Phoenix, is the 15th-ranked safety and No. 132 recruit in the Class of 2017, according to 247Sports.com’s composite rankings. He stands 6 feet 4 and 190 pounds and runs a 4.6-second 40.
Michigan is the second Big Ten team, after Nebraska, to offer Pola-Mao, who has been courted aggressively by a number of Pac-12 schools. Per 247Sports, Washington is the favorite to land the safety.
Michigan has one safety commit in the class, 3-star J’Marick Woods, from Florence, Ala.
