Michigan-Michigan State is a heated rivalry, and not many people know this more than former Wolverines cornerback Jourdan Lewis.
Lewis, who started for Michigan for two years, took a shot at cocky Spartans fans before the Wolverines kicked off in the fourth night game at Michigan Stadium.

Lewis has a point, as tough as it might be for Spartans fans to swallow. Michigan State won three games last year in one of the program’s worst seasons in recent memory.
Although, believe it or not, Michigan’s win against Michigan State in 2016 was new territory for Lewis. Lewis, who played at Michigan from 2013-2016, never had beaten Michigan State until that point.
He finally did in 2016, as the Wolverines snapped a three-game skid against the Spartans.
Time will tell if Lewis can talk more smack. The Spartans and Wolverines are underway on ABC.
