Jim Harbaugh challenges scholarship players to earn spots
Michigan coach Jim Harbaugh revealed on his podcast this week that there are several scholarship players who didn’t make the final list of 110 players posted on June 1 who will be able to participate in summer workouts with the Wolverines. Harbaugh added that there were several walk-ons, preferred walk-ons and tryout players who did make the final 110.

Four-star RB sets official Michigan visit
Following a trip to Penn State, 4-star all-purpose back Eric Gray has locked in his official visit to Michigan for June 22. The 2019 prospect from Memphis (Tenn.) Lausanne Collegiate School is ranked No. 247 in the Class of 2019, No. 3 at his position and No. 11 in Tennessee, according to the 247Sports composite.
OL Chuck Filiaga hoping to find a spot this season
A 6-foot-6, 345-pound tackle prospect from Aledo, Texas, Michigan’s Chuck Filiaga was the No. 112-ranked recruit in the Class of 2017. Pro-style QB updates Michigan visit
The Wolverines will host New Hampshire high school quarterback Parker McQuarrie in Ann Arbor on June 22-23. McQuarrie, a 2020 pro-style quarterback from John Stark Regional in Weare, N.H., and Harbaugh chatted by phone earlier this week and decided to set up a visit. McQuarrie also has offers from Rhode Island and Rutgers.
Marty Smith’s America travels to France with Jim Harbaugh
The newest edition of Marty Smith’s America debuts on Thursday, June 14 at 8 p.m. ET on ESPN, and the episode will include Smith’s experience touring France with Harbaugh and the Wolverines, as well as a visit to Omaha Beach in Normandy.
