Tarik Black out indefinitely

Michigan had no concerns about the health of its players until the fourth quarter against Air Force. First, senior running back Ty Isaac left the game with what BTN reported as an ab injury. Then freshman wide receiver Tarik Black suffered what coach Jim Harbaugh described as a “crack in his foot” and left the field on a cart after the 29-13 win for the Wolverines.

Isaac is expected to play Saturday at Purdue, Harbaugh said Monday, but the news isn’t nearly as optimistic for Black. Michigan does have options to handle his loss. 

Speaking from experience  

Injuries are a part of the game. Fifth-year senior linebacker Mike McCray knows that as well as any player on the Michigan roster.
