According to NFL Network’s Mike Mayock, former Michigan star Jabrill Peppers is listed as a linebacker at the NFL combine. Even though he only recorded one interception in his three seasons at Michigan, he was extremely versatile, especially in his final campaign.

In 2016, the 6-foot-1, 205-pound New Jersey native played 933 total snaps, including 726 on defense. On that side of the ball, Peppers notched 378 snaps at outside linebacker and 57 at inside linebacker. Hence, his permanent shift to the front seven would be justified.
He also made his mark as a slot cornerback, collecting 227 snaps from that position.
In the latest mock draft, Peppers is projected to get selected by the New England Patriots at No. 32 overall.
