Former Wolverine Glen Rice has fallen on some hard times.
While in court for child support judgement, Rice, who holds numerous Michigan basketball record and won an NCAA championship with the school in 1989, told the judge that he’s “almost broke.”

According to the Detroit News, Rice was paying $1,500 a month in child support in a paternity suit. However, on Sept. 8 Rice agreed to a reduced monthly amount of support of $600, as long as he paid out his nearly $2,000 in unpaid support.
Rice played for Michigan from 1985 to 1989, and was the eventual fourth overall pick in the 1989 NBA Draft. He won an NBA Championship with the Lakers in 2000.
