Aubrey Solomon, a Leesburg, Ga., native and former Wolverine commit, will take his first official visit to Michigan’s campus next weekend.
Solomon is a 4-star defensive tackle and the sixth-best defensive tackle recruit in the nation according to ESPN. He’s also No. 62 on ESPN’s top 300 list.

This is rather significant, as some Michigan fans might remember Solomon was once committed to Jim Harbaugh and the Wolverines. However, a mix up where Solomon was sent a thank you note for an event he didn’t attend quickly led to his decommitment.
That wasn’t even the worst part, as Michigan also spelled Solomon’s name wrong.
After the debacle, Solomon announced his decommitment in a tweet on Aug. 23, but wrote that he was still planning on taking his official visit to Michigan.
Solomon also holds offers from Georgia, Alabama, Ohio State and Ole Miss. According to 247Sports, Georgia currently has the best chance to land the defensive tackle.
