Michigan defensive back, or Superman, Jabrill Peppers played like someone in the middle of his Heisman candidacy and did it all against Michigan State.
Peppers tackled, ran and caught passes against the Spartans as the Wolverines reclaimed the Paul Bunyan Trophy with a 32-23 win.
After Peppers and Michigan beat Michigan State, he got some Twitter love from a former Heisman winner: former USC running back ad college football star Reggie Bush.

Peppers responded to Bush, tweeting that Bush was the reason he wears the No. 5 on his Wolverines jersey. Bush was a Heisman Trophy winner in 2005, but forfeited his award in the midst of an improper benefits scandal.
Man.. You are the reason I wear 5, I appreciate you man! ? https://t.co/peRHrD9PvM

Peppers was all over the field against the Spartans, on both sides of the ball. He recorded seven tackles on the day, but also ran the ball five times on offense for 24 yards, caught a pass and a score playing out of the wildcat formation. Basically, the only thing Peppers did not do was attempt a pass.
To the victors, the spoils and Peppers didn’t waste any time reveling in his all-around fantastic performance with the Paul Bunyan trophy after the win.
