Ann Arbor, Mich — Jabrill Peppers has come close to returning numerous punts for a touchdown over his career — he was finally able to escape all of the shoelace tackles today. Peppers started the scoring in the fourth quarter with a 54-yard punt return to the house that gave Michigan a commanding 45-28 lead.
No scoring would happen in the fourth besides the punt. After a scary first half, Michigan hangs on to defeat Colorado 45-28.
Michigan moves to 3-0 on the season, while Colorado takes its first loss and now sits at 2-1 entering PAC-12 play.
The Wolverines will face Penn State at home next week; the time of that game has not been announced.
