It’s been a productive day for Michigan on the recruiting trail.
The Wolverines offered a scholarship to a quarterback who’s still in middle school earlier this morning and later stole a commitment from a top rival. Now, Jim Harbaugh and his staff have learned they are still in the running for an important prospect.
Jedrick Wills, a 4-star offensive tackle from Lafayette High School (Lexington, Ky.,) announced his top 8 schools on Twitter Wednesday, and the Wolverines were the only Big Ten team that made the cut.

The 6-foot-5, 318-pound Wills is rated as the No. 7 offensive tackle for the Class of 2017 and the No. 1 prospect in the state of Kentucky.
