In addition to the Spartans and Terrapins, Smith listed West Virginia, Syracuse, North Carolina and Baylor.
Smith is a 5-foot-11, 187-pound safety from Philadelphia, Pa. who plays his high school ball at Imhotep Institute.
Smith is the No. 6 player in the state of Pennsylvania and the No. 33 safety in the nation. There is no crystal ball predictor for Smith at the moment and Smith said they were listed in no order with the possibility of them changing at any time.
