Earlier this morning, the MSU Police Department submitted a warrant request and the prosecutor’s office then announced it will “review all of the available evidence and information and make a review decision in the short-term future.”
This comes after the investigation was announced last week and the three unnamed Spartan football players were suspended and kicked out of university housing.
Football staffer Curtis Blackwell was suspended Tuesday, though no additional details were released.
