The true freshman wide receiver made his first career touchdown catch by ripping the ball from Notre Dame CB Cole Luke in the end zone. The pass went for 38 yards and gave the Spartans an 8-7 lead after a 2-point conversion, and they held on for a 36-28 win.

Corley had two catches for 17 yards in Michigan State’s opener against Furman. He was the No. 108 player and No. 2 recruit in Michigan in the class of 2016.
Corley finished Saturday’s game with 88 yards and that score on four catches.
