Oh, how times have changed in East Lansing, Mich. After making the College Football Playoff last season, Michigan State is in danger of failing to qualify for a bowl game this season.
After losing to Northwestern on Saturday, Michigan State fell to 2-4 on the season. The Spartans are on a four-game skid and they still have to play No. 3 Michigan and No. 2 Ohio State, in addition to three road games.
According to ESPN’s Football Power Index, the Spartans have a 94 percent chance of missing a bowl game.
Based on FPI, according to ESPN Stats & Info, Michigan State has a 94 percent chance to miss a bowl this season.
